The Heritage Wood table from Run My RenovationIf you are a fan of do it yourself television, from Run My Renovation to This Old House, you have probably noticed a lot of material from the Artisan Group on television recently. These gorgeous materials, from Saratoga Soapstone to Heritage Wood and many more, are all available at the Construction Resources kitchen and bath showrooms. There have been a lot of chances to see Artisan Group materials recently:

House Crashers featured Saratoga Soapstone on its Ultimate Phillies Phan episode. The material formed an entertaining wet bar complete with eight taps. The dark color fit perfectly with the sport style of the room, and the durability of stone made sure that it would look amazing season after season.

Run My Renovation had Artisan Group surfaces in two episodes last season. In one, it had the luxurious Golden Crystal granite for the kitchen countertop in a complete kitchen renovation. The other episode was a basement renovation that turned a crowded, messy storage space into a home office complete with a Heritage Wood meeting table.

This Old House also featured Saratoga Soapstone for its kitchen countertop in the Barrington Beach House project. In the same house, Venetian Gold granite was used as the tub surround to make it stand out in the completely renovated beach house’s master bath.

Most recently, Hometime aired an episode on adding granite to kitchens and mud rooms. The experts on the PBS show addressed where Artisan Group stone comes from and the benefits to using it in the kitchen.

All of these materials are available at Construction Resources as well as materials from Construction Resources other partners, like Cambria Quartz, Vetrazzo recycled glass and more. Regardless of which surface you choose, the expert local fabricators can match any slab or raw material into your space. Then, the company’s professional installers will come to your location to bring your new surface home in a clean and easy transition.

To start your journey to a kitchen or bath worthy of a close-up on television, explore the Construction Resources website or stop by the Indoor Slab Gallery at 224 Rio Circle, Decatur, Ga.

A countertop made of Paperstone, the newest environmentally friendly surface at Construction ResourcesConstruction Resources is proud to announce that we continue to add environmentally-friendly products to our 20,000 square foot indoor slab gallery and showrooms in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and now South Carolina. Our newest green option for kitchen and bath counter surfaces is Paperstone, a surface constructed of 100 percent post-consumer recycled paper.

A countertop made of paper sounds crazy, but Paperstone’s unique mix of PetroFree resins and paper make an enduring counter surface. The PetroFree resins are innovative in that they emit no materials other than those naturally emitted by wood or human beings and are made entirely from renewable and by-product sources of resin raw materials. The paper used in creating the countertops is post-consumer cardboard and office paper. It is saturated with pigments rather than dyes to give gorgeous color.

Paperstone comes in nine earth tone colors, has a variety of edge profiles and has options for different finishes and thickness. It is durable, stain resistant and easy to clean. It also emits no radon, and its pigments make it UV stable.

Paperstone joins our lineup of environmentally friendly options like Vetrazzo recycled glass surfaces and Cambria Quartz countertops, all of which are LEED certified and food prep safe certified by the NSF. Construction Resources is the only Paperstone fabricator in Georgia, so stop by any of our kitchen and bath showrooms to see this gorgeous, environmentally friendly surface today!
