This new showroom, opened by our newest family member, Builders Floor Covering and Tile, has various countertop surface options but concentrates on a vast flooring selection, which includes the nationally recognized Mohawk Floorscapes brand. In addition to our huge indoor slab gallery where you can see over 1,000 full-size slabs of quartz, marble, soapstone, recycled glass, granite countertops and more, we offer great options for creative and budget-conscious buyers with our remnants. These leftovers from previous jobs vary in size, material, thickness, cuts and more, but they all have one thing in common: they are a great way to save money, especially if you are searching for a post-holiday deal!
Our remnants are located in a large yard adjacent to the award-winning fabrication facility, and are a bargain hunter’s paradise. We have over 3,000 remnants available, from nearly-full size slabs to pieces of specialty cuts. The 20,000 square foot Construction Resources indoor slab gallery just got bigger! The gallery, which is attached to the Construction Resources Design Center at 224 Rio Circle in Decatur, now has a 1,000 slab capacity. Within, you can find between 150 and 200 colors of natural Artisan Group granite countertops, Bonotti Italian marble, Cambria Quartz, French limestone, Vetrazzo recycled glass, and Piedrafina recycled marble countertops.
If you don’t find what you are looking for in our immense slab gallery, we have our traditional stone yard across the street with 2,000 more slabs and remnants. Piedrafina, the newest environmentally-friendly countertop option for bathroom vanity tops, is now available at our indoor slab gallery located at 227 Rio Circle in Decatur. Piedrafina joins the suite of environmentally friendly options that include Cambria Quartz Countertops, Vetrazzo recycled glass countertops, PaperStone and more in our extensive list of available materials. Piedrafina is made of recycled marble with a resin composite that gives it shape. The Piedrafina slabs are thin, so they are perfect for bathroom vanities, from huge double vanities to the tops of sink consoles. It’s a great surface for capturing the luxury and beauty of marble in an eco-friendly way. We will have all colors of Piedrafina to choose from, though we have a limited selection available at the moment. Our new Atlanta Glass and Mirror Facility in Lexington, S.C.
Now you can find Atlanta Glass and Mirror in South Carolina at our new facility in Lexington at 2048 Industrial Boulevard. All of Atlanta Glass and Mirror’s great products, including mirrors, shower doors, frameless glass products, ventilated shelving, door locks, bath hardware, vinyl and wood exterior shutters, closet systems and other accessories for bathrooms and other areas of the home, are now available for South Carolina builders, remodelers and the public.
Some of our best employees are moving to this new facility, including Danilo Garcia to oversee operations and Felton Tailor will be the chief of installation. We’re pleased to announce that we’ve enlarged our Indoor Slab Gallery at 224 Rio Circle in Decatur with a huge environmentally-friendly section to make your green kitchen project easier than ever. Our gallery is the largest in Georgia with over 20,000 square feet of product, which makes it the one stop shop for remodelers, decorators, homeowners, and builders. Two of our home-grown favorites that are helping to fill our new green products section are Cambria and Vetrazzo slabs.
Cambria’s origin as the only US-created quartz surface means we can pass the savings of getting it to our showroom directly to you. Additionally, Cambria’s process of creating the material uses a unique setting and filtering process to recycle the water and reduce waste. Cambria has received a host of accolades, from GREENGARD to US Green Building Council to NSF International as a safe, radon-free food preparation surface which also looks great in your kitchen year after year.
Ventazzo is the US inventor of recycled glass countertops, and transforms glass unusable for standard recycling like traffic lights, building glass, and windshields, into beautiful countertops.
