Get ready for a new CR Home experience for kitchen countertops and more!
We’re excited to announce that our website, ConstructionResourcesUSA.com, is getting an overhaul! The current site is packed full of information and products, but needs an update to keep our customers aware of our newer offerings and designer features. We are happy to say that the new site is sleeker and easier to navigate with even more information and product offerings, from kitchen countertops to bathroom vanity sets.
While the new site isn’t live yet, we are excited to share some of the cooler features. The new site focuses more on design and we want you to know that we are here to do the heavy lifting, from fabrication to installation, to bring to life your vision of a kitchen or bath that is uniquely you. In addition to the 20,000 square feet of the indoor slab gallery and additional showrooms across Georgia, Florida, Alabama and South Carolina, Construction Resources is always exploring new ways to inspire with gorgeous kitchens and baths. To that end, we’ve been working hard on developing robust profiles on two new social media sites, Pinterest and Houzz.
Pinterest allows us to share tons of photos in different categories. We’re using it to show our products and our kitchen, bath and other home and commercial design spaces. An awesome part about Pinterest is that it’s easier than ever to share images, or “pins,” with other users. Often, the images automatically link back to the source material. This means if you see a gorgeous countertop picture, you can often go right to the product information without being bothered to search for it. Plan to join Florida Bath and Surfaces for an anniversary party with Big Green Egg cook-off!
It’s coming up on the 10th anniversary of Florida Bath and Surfaces, a Construction Resources company. To celebrate, there will be a big party on Friday, April 20 from 3 to 6 p.m.! There will be live music, food, drinks, door prizes and a Big Green Egg cook-off.
While you’re there, you can also view Florida Bath and Surfaces’ incredible inventory of countertop surfaces, from granites to Cambria quartz and more. At the showroom, we have an expanding slab gallery and one of the largest fabrication facilities on the Emerald Coast. EggSTRAVAGANZA Open House Event Oct. 30 at Florida Bath & Surfaces

Get ready for one-time-only deals and fun at the Open House EggSTRAVAGANZA, hosted by Florida Bath & Surfaces, a division of Construction Resources. The event will be Saturday, Oct. 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in its showroom at 5161-C Highway 98 West, Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.
At the event, six teams will compete in the Big Green Egg Cook-off, and there will be free food samples, prizes, demonstrations, and the fun doesn’t stop there. Guests will be invited to tour the Florida Bath & Surfaces’ completely new Indoor Slab Gallery, and there will be special discounts on premium countertops, exclusively at the event.
There are more than 400 granite and quartz slabs in hundreds of sizes, colors and styles in the Indoor Slab Gallery and Slab Yard, providing lots of inventory for you to choose from. Even better, financing packages are available, and Florida Bath & Surfaces accepts all major credit cards as well. All of the promotional sales are final once made, and products have to be picked up or installed in 30 days.

Construction Resources’ crews at Florida Bath and Surfaces are spending their days creating the peaceful and energizing oasis that will become Hotel Indigo Pensacola. The project is in the early phases, so we can’t share all the details yet (some we are still working on); but classic, beautiful cultured marble shower walls and shower pans will be installed in all rooms. Vanity tops have yet to be decided, but you can be assured that they will be from one of Construction Resource’s line of environmentally-friendly countertop products.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition

Bob Schoen and seven others from Florida Bath & Surfaces, Inc. joined hundreds of volunteers to build a home for a couple who adopted six special needs children from China.
The company created kitchen and bathroom countertops for the new home earlier this year for “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.”
Florida Bath & Surfaces spent just five hours early one morning installing countertops fabricated from designer renderings. This process usually takes about 10 days!
According to Schoen, President, “It was definitely a little more difficult, but there was total cooperation. We had 50 to 60 people in the house at once and everyone was pitching in. We knew it was a good thing.”
The Cambria quartz kitchen countertops and LivingStone bathroom countertops installed in the home are valued at $12,000. Cambria and LivingStone donated their materials and Florida Bath & Surfaces donated their time. Read More→
