What we love so much about Twitter for our company is that it is a great way to stay connected with our partners, customers and friends, in a way in which they have a sense of what we are up to, but they are not expected to immediately or directly respond or act (unless of course anyone wants to, which we would very much welcome).
Plus, Twitter is so simple. It is great for busy days when you want to know what’s going on, but don’t have time to sit down and read. With 140 characters to let you know what we’re up to, and with updates sent mobile texting, instant message, or the web, Twitter makes connecting easy.
