Eco-Friendly Greenhaven Opens for Tours

Construction Resources, Inc. is a proud partner of Greenhaven, an eco-friendly home in Cobb county that showcases the latest in green building techniques, sustainable design, state-of-the-art-technology, and energy efficiency. Construction Resources donated $24,000 in fabrication and installation of countertops, shower doors and bath mirrors in the home.

Construction Resources installed environmentally-friendly Cambria natural quartz countertops for the kitchen and all baths. Cambria is a stain resistant, nonporous surface that is stronger, harder and easier to care for than other stone surfaces. Cambria is certified by NSF International as safe for use as a food preparation surface. Produced in the United States, Cambria surfaces have a lower carbon footprint than others, requiring less transportation and carbon resources in route to market. Cambria also does not contain formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds or radon emissions.
